Shipping policy

Claymio figures are handmade to order, so each order includes both production time and shipping time.

Where we ship
For our first launch, we ship to the **United States, Canada, and Australia**. We may add more markets later.

Production time
Production usually takes **8-10 business days** after paid order confirmation. This includes preparing your production materials, hand-sculpting your figure, and sending your pre-bake photo for approval before we set the final shape.

Shipping time
After dispatch, shipping usually takes **5-7 business days**. In most cases, the full timeline is about **13-17 business days** from paid order confirmation to delivery.

If you need your figure for a birthday, graduation, wedding, anniversary, holiday, or another fixed date, we recommend ordering **3-4 weeks in advance**.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is currently included in the product price.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information so you can follow the delivery status.

Import duties, taxes, and carrier fees
Import duties, taxes, or carrier fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Delays and address issues
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs, carrier, remote-area, peak-season, incorrect-address, weather, or other delays outside our control may take longer. If tracking has no meaningful update for around **15 business days**, contact us at support@claymio.com and we will review the case.

If your order has not shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will update the address. After shipping, we will try to help, but we cannot guarantee a successful address change or parcel recall.
