Yes. Claymio is preview-first. You create and review your preview before checkout, then place an order after choosing a direction you like.
How long does production take?
In most cases, the full timeline is about 13-17 business days from paid order confirmation to delivery. Remote areas, peak seasons, or logistics delays may take longer.
Can I request changes?
Yes. You can explore different directions at the preview stage, and limited small tweaks are available during the pre-bake photo check before we set the final shape.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Clear, front-facing photos with good lighting work best. You can also provide extra reference photos for hairstyle, outfit, pose, or other details you want us to capture.
Is the preview the final result?
No. The AI preview is a design reference, not an exact guarantee. Because each figure is handmade, slight differences in texture, shape, color, and hand-finished details are expected.
What happens before finishing?
Before we set the final shape, we send a pre-bake photo by email (Final Photo Check / Pre-bake Photo Check). You can approve it or request limited small tweaks while the clay is still soft.
