Welcome to Claymio (“Claymio”, “we”). By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.

1. What we make

Claymio creates handmade, stylized clay keepsakes based on photos you provide and an AI-generated preview. Figures are artistic interpretations, not photo-exact replicas.

2. Your photos and rights

  • You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo you upload, and the right to have a figure made from it.
  • You confirm you have consent from any identifiable people in the photos.
  • You grant us a limited license to use your photos only to create your preview and your figure, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Please don’t upload anything unlawful, infringing, or that depicts others without their consent. We may decline or cancel orders that violate this.

3. Previews, orders, and pricing

  • An AI preview is an illustration of the intended style and is not a guarantee of the exact final piece.
  • Prices are shown at checkout. We confirm your total before payment.
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to decline orders we cannot fulfill.

4. Approval and production

You approve your preview before payment and approve a pre-bake photo before we finalize. Our confirmation and refund policies describe what tweaks are possible and how issues are handled.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

6. Taxes and import duties

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported. Import duties, taxes, or carrier fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless collected at checkout.

7. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or incidental losses.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country or region of residence.
